噩梦

最近一直都是夜夜发梦，连续有快半个月了，导致的直接后果就是睡眠质量严重下降。
不是那种一直反复一个噩梦的情况，而是每天的梦都不一样，像是这一天的延续，又像是一些未完成的事情，每每不同。只是每次醒来都很累就一样，好像自己在夜里又过了一天似得。是焦虑么？不知道，不知道是不是焦虑，如果是焦虑那是因为什么原因产生的焦虑呢?就我自己而言我找不出什么原因来，原本想把自己弄得累一点再睡可能就不会再发梦了，可是还是一样。希望早早找到解决的方法吧，让我能好好睡上一觉。

35 身体健康

老爸前几天身体不太舒服，有几次脚软差点摔倒，然后陪他去医院查出来是颈部血管粥样硬化，血液有血块，如果不加以治疗将来如果发病就是中风。这些日子家里确实挺多事情的，大嬢嬢癌症，大伯伯也是中风已经瘫痪在家，老爸也查出来有了这样的事情。也只能说是不知不觉的我们都大了，他们岁数也大了。现在只能希望接下来入院检查的消息都是好消息，医生说现在发现的早，如果没有脑部血块应该没什么问题。就是以后都不能太累，要注意休息，戒烟戒酒。当天晚上他一点酒也没喝。
不知道怎么的，突然觉得有点愧疚。
